Canada Shipping Options, Notes and Limitations
Most urn order shipments will originate in the United States:
UPS Worldwide Expedited: This option requires us to get the package in-hand to you, the customer, within 2-3 business days upon COMPLETED PRODUCTION (not counting weekends or holidays). In other words, once we complete the order (whether standard production or a RUSH order), we then will ship your order via UPS Worldwide Expedited for delivery in 2-3 business days.
UPS Worldwide Express: This option requires us to get the package in-hand to you, the customer, within 1-2 business days upon COMPLETED PRODUCTION (not counting weekends or holidays). In other words, once we complete the order (whether standard production or a RUSH order), we then will ship your order via UPS Worldwide Express for delivery in 1-2 business days.
*Priority Mail International: With this option we'll get the package in-hand to you, the customer, in approximately 6-10 business days upon COMPLETED PRODUCTION (not counting weekends or holidays). In other words, once we complete the order (whether standard production or a RUSH order), we then will ship your order via US Priority Mail International for delivery in approximately 6-10 business days. We cannot guarantee transit times for international orders as US and Canadian Customs and international limitations may affect both delivery and transit times.
You may check the cost for any shipping option within the shopping cart by entering the state / zip. The cart will update and provide relative shipping costs. Transit times do not include holidays or weekends.
Any delays due to US Customs or Canadian Customs are out of our control.
